This is the first post on the new blog.

I wanted a low-friction place to write — short notes, longer essays, work-in-progress thinking. The setup is intentionally simple: markdown files in a folder, rendered by mdsvex inside this SvelteKit site.

Why now

I’m slowly working through the IndieMark levels — small, concrete steps toward owning my own corner of the web. Posts, permalinks and h-entry are part of Level 1.
